Cancellation Policy
• You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of your deposit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
Grace Period: A 5-minute grace period will be allowed. After 5 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be charged. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the service total. (No exceptions)
